Get a Digital Card

Waterbury residents can sign up for a free library account online to access our digital collections.

Please include your email on the application form.

If you already have a library card, you do not need a digital card. Visit My Account to set up the password for your card.



You will receive an email confirmation when the card is ready to use.

***We will call you when the physical card is ready to be picked up. Please allow time for processing.***
