Please complete this form if you would like to participate as a vendor in the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at the Silas Bronson Library on Wednesday, October 15, 12pm - 5pm. Registration is free, but you must supply your own table, chairs, and tent. Setup starts at 9am.
Food vendors must be in compliance with all City Health Department regulations.
