LIBRARY DATABASES

The Silas Bronson Public Library subscribes to a number of useful databases that are not generally available on the Internet.  Some require you to have a valid Silas Bronson Public Library card in order to use them and some can be used only from within the library.

EBSCOhost

Several services are available including an Auto Repair Reference Center and a "Searchasaurus" for children. EBSCOhost Web includes Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia, Newspaper Source, EBSCO Animals and Health Source- Consumer Edition. EBSCOhost is also available in Spanish & Text Only. (Available from within the Library or outside with a Library card #)
